Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter The promoter is Choced, operating under Choced Pty Ltd, ABN 24 640 404 066, with a registered office located at 101 Proximity Drive, Sunshine West, Vic 3020. 

2. Eligibility Entry is open to residents of metropolitan Melbourne, Victoria, aged 18 years or older. Employees of Choced and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Proof of residence may be required. 

3. How to Enter To enter the giveaway, participants must: 

• Tag a friend in the comments of any giveaway post on either Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. 
• The entrant must be following the official Choced account (@choced.au) on the platform where the tag occurred (Instagram, Facebook or TikTok). 

Each unique comment tagging a different friend counts as a separate entry. Multiple entries are allowed, but each comment must tag a different friend. Entries submitted on all platforms (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok) will be considered. 

4. Giveaway Period The giveaway commences on 25/11/2024 and concludes at 11:59 PM AEST on 8/12/2024 (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received after the closing date will not be considered. 

5. Prize There will be three (3) winners. Each winner will receive: 

• One (1) Choced PR Package, which includes: 
• One (1) Choced Gift Box, 
• All three (3) loaded chocolate flavours. With Pistachio being our limited edition Gold Bar. 
• Free Delivery within metropolitan Melbourne 

The total value of each prize is $100 AUD. 

6. Winner Selection Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries within seven (7) days after the conclusion of the Giveaway Period. Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform (Instagram/Facebook/TikTok) they entered within 48 hours of the draw. 

Winners must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this time frame, Choced reserves the right to select an alternate winner. 

7. Prize Delivery The prize will be delivered to winners residing in metropolitan Melbourne only. Choced will cover all delivery costs. If the winner is found to reside outside of metropolitan Melbourne, their entry will be void, and an alternate winner will be selected. 

8. Publicity By entering the giveaway, winners agree to allow Choced to use their name, social media handle, and/or likeness in any promotional material without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

9. Privacy Personal information provided by entrants will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Choced Privacy Policy. Entrants’ details will only be used for the purposes of this competition unless they have opted to receive further communications from Choced. 

10. Disqualification Choced reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or that Choced determines, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate. 

11. Limitation of Liability Choced shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of entering this competition or accepting a prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. 

12. Instagram/TikTok Disclaimer This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. By participating, entrants release Instagram, Facebook and TikTok from any and all liability related to this competition. 

13. General Choced reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time, subject to applicable laws. The promoter’s decision in all matters is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
