International Shipping Policy
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
Outside of Australia, we currently ship to the following countries:
- United Arab Emirates
- Bahrain
- Egypt
- Oman
- Qatar
- Saudi Arabia
- Turkey
Shipping costs to any of those destinations are a flat rate of $50 AUD.
WEEKEND ORDERS:
Orders placed on a Saturdays & Sundays or Public Holidays will be scheduled for delivery on the following business day.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
In the unfortunate event that you receive items in a damaged state, you can contact us here to discuss further. We will work diligently to address the issue and provide a suitable solution.
STOCK AVAILABILITY:
We strive to always maintain stock availability for most items. However, please understand that circumstances beyond our control may impact stock availability.
QUALITY ASSURANCE:
Our facility always adheres to rigorous audits and cleaning procedures. We take the utmost care in producing & packing our items, and our facility is HACCP accredited to ensure quality and safety.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel your Choced order on the day of dispatch or collection, you may be liable for a cancellation fee and the charges of any perishable products. Before Choced processes any such fees or charges, Choced will provide notice to you of the additional fees or charges payable and make contact you via the details provided at the time of checkout.
